Overview of contents

children, involved in planning for security and preparedness in case of a serious
incident. It includes what the government’s statutory guidance “Protective Security
and Preparedness for Education Settings” says about responding and preparing for
a terrorist threat, from protocols, kit preparation, building a culture of readiness, to
communication methods and drill stages.
